Electronics

In many electronic packaging applications, enclosures must provide while also serving as a heat sink.  With a thermal conductivity at least three orders of magnitude greater than most plastics and double that of steel, aluminum provides both the strength and thermal properties needed for electronics packaging.

The ability of high pressure die casting to create thin walls and incorporate complex features makes it a natural process for creating aluminum cases for electronics equipment.  We work closely with clients to develop components which deliver the strength, cooling capacity, pass-throughs and attachment features needed.  Our experience with the process allows us to incorporate more features in every part.

Blue Ridge has produced parts for a range of electronic cases for automotive, consumer and military applications.
